Easy tastefull pasta.

Ingredients
350 grams roasted bell peppers (drained weight)
4-5 cloves garlic
2.5 tbsp olive oil
60 grams walnuts
50 grams sun dried tomato in oil
500 grams spaghetti
340 grams lupine beans
1 tl salt
1 zucchini

Preparation
Roast walnuts in a dry pan on medium flame, set them aside. Add 0.5 tbsp of olive oil to the pan add choped garlic, bake them unitl golden.
Drain the roasted bell peppers cut them if it are big pices. Blend the peppers with a (stick)blender. When peppers are blend smooth add the roasted walnuts, garlic and sun dried tomatos, blend them until smooth. Add some salt and peper to taste. (You could make bell pepper mixture in advance.)
Cut the zucchini in smal quaters. Bake them in a pan with a bit of oil and salt until there golden brown.
Cook a big pot with salt water for the pasta. When the pasta is cooked drain pasta, add the zucchini, bell pepper mixture and lupine beans, cook unil everyting is warm.
Serve with parmesan and/or walnuts.
