Ingredients
2 tbsp lemon zest
75 grams of pine nuts
80 grams of sharlots
20 grams of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp black pepper
200 grams of creme frache
1 tbsp lemon juice
500 grams fresh whole grain Linguini pasta
parsley, pecorino or parmazan cheese
Preparation
Chop the sharlots and garlic fine. Chop the pine nuts rufley.
Fry the sharlots in the olive oil, when they're getting glassy add the garlic. After a minute add the pine nuts and stir.
Cook a pan with water and salt for the pasta.
Add to the sharlot mixture 1,5 tblsp lemon zest, and 200 grams of creme frache to the sause, and a thiny bit of water if it doesn't combind well. After everything is combined bring to
taste with the lemon juice and peper. Add the pasta to the
mixture and serve with lemon zest, parsley, and cheese.
