I guess this one has longest list of spices. But it's worth it.

Ingredients
6 naan
Masala paste
2 tbsp ghee
1 bay leaf
3 cloves
1 cm cinemon
1 black cardemon
2 green cardemon
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup onion (rougley choped)
1 tbsp ginger
4 garlic cloves
Tomato mix
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp (hot) chili powder
2 cups sifted tomatoes paste
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp fenegriek leves
2 tbsp koriander
Paneer
paneer of 2 liters milk
1 tsp kurkuma
0.5 tsp chili powder
0.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp ghee
Special materials
Spice grinder (blender should also work)
Preparation
Masala paste
In a pan heat up 2 tbsp of ghee on medium hot. When the ghee is warm add 1 bay leaf, 3 cloves, around 1 cm of cinamon, 1 black cardamon slightley crushed, 2 green cardemon slightley crushed and 1 tsp of cumin seeds. Stir everything a for a minut, don't burn cumin seeds. Add 1 cup of rougly choped onion, 1 tbsp of choped ginger, 4 crushed garlic bake until slightley brown.
Let mixture cool down before transfer everything to a mixer together with a bit of 0.5 cup of water. Mix everything until fine, add the remaining part of the water mix until smooth paste.
Tomato mix
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, when its warm add the masala paste, you just made. Bake the masala paste for a few minutes, add 2 tbsp of grinded coriander seeds, 1.5 tsp of chili powder bake until you see that the oil separates form the rest. Add 2 cups ofsifted tomatoes paste. Keep it on a low flame for 15 minutes with a lid on top, stirr once in a while agains burning.
Paneer
Cut the paneer in cubes of ~2 cm, coat them in spice mix of: 1.5 tsp kurkuma, 0.5 tsp chili powder, 0.5 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp garam masala. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and bake the coated paneer until they got a crunchy layer.
Tomato mix
Add 0.5 a cup of water to the mix and stir. Add panneer to the tomato paste mix it, after 2 minutes add the fenegric leaves and salt if wanted. in the end add the coriander.
Head up the naan.
