250 grams drained chickpeas
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
3/8 tsp garam masala
3/8 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
4 tsp sunflower oil

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 225ºC
Rinse the chickpeas well with water and dry them with a dishcloth or paper towel.
Place the dryed chickpeas in the baking tray. Bake them for 30 minutes.
Turn them once or twice in this time.
Meanwhile make the spice mixture by mixing all the dry ingiedinends: salt, pepper, cumin, garam masala, ginger, chilli and coriander.
Remove the chickpeas form the oven and let them cool down for a few minutes.
Add the whole spice mixture over the chickpeas and mix well. When everyting is mixed, add 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil and mix again. If not everything is coverd in sunflower oil, add 2 teaspoons more.
Place the chickpeas back in the oven for another 20 to 30 minutes. Look at the color to see if they're ready.
Turn them once or twice in this time.
Let them cool down before serving.
