For this recipe I used Dupuis lentils. But it is also possible with mountain lentils or beluga lentils

50 grams of whole lentils
Water

Jar with lid with holes or strainer
dark space (not in direct sunlight)
Preparation
Wash the lentils with water.
Put the lentils in the jar and add water until they'll be well underwater. leave them in a dark place for 16-24 hours. Let the water flow out, rinse it in water 2 times a day, leave the water in there for a minute, and let it flow out again.
After a few days, you will notice that they begin to sprout. when they start sprouting they will be done in one and a half-day. they are finished when there is coming a little leaf on the stem.
When they are finished you can leave them in the fridge for a few days.
You could put the sprouted lentils in your salad or add them in the end of a dish, and bake them for a few moments.
