Tomato pasta with kidney beans

4 plates



Ingredients

4 tbsp Olive oil

5 Peppers

2 cloves of Garlic

1 can of Tomato cubes (400 grams)

1 tsp Sugar

1 pack of Sieved tomatoes (500 grams)

1 tbsp Italian herbs

1/4 tsp Chili powder

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1/4 tsp Salt

1 can Kidney beans in chili sauce (400 grams)

400 grams Penne

Parmesan cheese to taste


Materials

Pan for sauce + lid

Pan for the pasta

 

Preparation

Chop 5 peppers and 2 cloves of garlic fine. Put the pan for the sauce on the stove with 4 tbsp of olive oil. when the oil is hot put the peppers and garlic in it and stir. when they turn golden brown put the can of tomato cubes in and turn the flame down to medium.

Put a large pan with hot water on the stove for the pasta, see the description on the package for the instructions.

put 1 tsp of sugar in the sauce and add the sieved tomatoes. stir well and leave it for about 10 minutes on a medium-low flame. put the lid on against sputtering tomato sauce all over your kitchen.

After 10 minutes add your favorite Italian herbs to the sauce, chili powder, pepper, and salt. Taste it if you need something extra.

Add the can of kidney beans in chili sauce to the tomato sauce. leave it for 5 minutes on a medium-low flame until the beans are warm.

Add the penne to the sauce and stir.

After serving put some parmesan on it. if it is a little bit to hot you could add some vinegar.
