Ingredients
0.5 cup red bell pepper in small cubes 0.5 cup corn (canned) 0.5 cup green beans in parts of 1 cm 0.75 cup wild rice 0.5 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1.5 tbsp fresh parsley pepper to taste
Preparation
Measure and wash the wild rice until the water is clear. cook the rice ass shown on the package.
Wash and slice the green beans and cook them until they soften a little bit, but still crunchy.
When they are done cooking rinse them in cold water so they won't yarn further.
Meanwhile, wash and slice the bell pepper, 0.5 cup is equal to 1/2 bell pepper. Rince the corn.
You could also use basmati rice instead off wild rice.
Take a bowl that is large enough to put all the ingredients in. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, and pepper in the bowl. Add the bell pepper, corn, and green beans and mix it all well. Add the rice part by part and mix it all together well.
