Fennel Salad

A really fresh salad. Nice for lunch but with something small like a toast also good for dinner.

Quantity

4-6 plates

Ingredients

1 fennel (250 grams)

0.5 white cabbage (500 grams)

2 apples (fresh sour, 350 grams)

6 tbsp of dill (fresh is best, but dried also possible)

0.5 cup of raisins

200 ml of yogurt

3 tbsp of mayonnaise

90 ml of lemon juice

1 tbsp of honey

Take a big bowl for the salad. Slice up the cabbage in thin pieces around 10 cm long. Slice the fennel and add this also to the bowl. Add sliced apple, you could do it in thin slices or stripes. Add the raisins and the dill, fresh dill needs to be cut, and mix everything together.

Mix in a separate bowl the dressing from yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well. cover the bowl and let it stand for at least 20 minutes if you have the time a bit longer. Mix it again before serving.
