Pancakes

Sweet fluffy pancakes. Not as fluffy as American pancakes but much better than the easy Dutch ones.


Quantity

7 pancakes cm

Ingredients

4 eggs

75 grams of sugar

100 grams of patent flour

100 grams of buckwheat flour

200 ml of full milk

butter

1 tsp cardamom powder

Materials

2 mixing bowls

Preparation

Before starting, make sure your mixer and bowl are completely fat-free, for making eggwhite.

separate the eggs and put the egg within the fat-free bowl, egg yellow in the other bowl. mix the egg with until it is stiff, put the stiff egg with to the side.

Add the sugar to the egg yellow and mix it until it becomes light yellow cream. true a seef add 100 grams of patent and buckwheat flour stir a bit and mix it with a mixer. while mixing add the milk bit by bit and the cardamon.

with a spatula or spoon add the eggwhite bit by bit and stir with a spoon, softly so it stays fluffy.


Warm up a bit of butter in a pan on medium heat. Add a ladle of pancake mixture. when one side has a nice brown color, mostly when the bubbles just stop, turn it around.
