Quiche muffin with camembert & tomato

I really like quiche muffins for birthday party's.

Quantity

10 muffins

Ingredients

10 sheets puff pastry (frozen)

210 grams tomato

120 grams camembert

125 grams creme fraiche

3 eggs

2 tsp oregano

bit of butter

Materials

Muffin tin

oven

 

Preparation

Heat up oven at 200°C. Take the puff pastry out of freezer and let it come to room temperature.

Cut the tomato and camembert in smal pieces, put them in separate bowls. In a bowl mix the eggs with the creme fraiche. When it is mixed add the oregano.

Coad the muffin tin with a bit of butter, place the puff pastry inside. You can either let leftovers stand up or put them down, try not to touch puff pastry next to it. Fill the puff pastry with a bit of tomato, add bit camembert, next layer tomato, camembert, continue until puff pastry is filled. Fill puff pastry with the egg - creme fraiche mix.

Place muffin tin in oven for 35 minutes. Let them cool down, take them out of tin.
