I really like quiche muffins for birthday party's.
Quantity
10 muffins
Ingredients
10 sheets puff pastry (frozen)
1/2 zucchini
100 grams grated mild cheese
3 tsp dried thyme
4 tbsp whipped cream
3 eggs
bit of butter

Muffin tin

Preparation
Heat up oven at 200°C. Take the puff pastry out of freezer and let it come to room temperature.
Cut the zucchini in smal pieces, mix it with the cheese and thyme. In a bowl mix the eggs with the whipped cream.
Coad the muffin tin with a bit of butter, place the puff pastry inside. You can either let leftovers stand up or put them down, try not to touch puff pastry next to it. Fill the puff pastry with zucchini - cheese mix. Fill puff pastry with the egg - whipped cream mix.
Place muffin tin in oven for 25 minutes. Let them cool down, take them out of tin.
